Echocardiogram
An echocardiogram, also known as an echo, is a type of ultrasound used to look at how the heart is functioning.
Stress Echocardiogram
Performed using a combination of ultrasound with an exercise ECG test (stress test).
Exercise ECG
Diagnostic procedure that records the electrical activity of your heart while you are physically active, usually on a treadmill.
Resting ECG
An ECG test uses a machine to measure and record the electrical activity of your heart.
24 Hour Holter Monitor
A small, wearable device that continuously records your heart’s rhythm. It is worn for at least 24 hours during normal daily activity.
Heartbug
Small long-term cardiac event monitoring device that is worn for up to 28 days.

How to get here:

By car: Visitor parking available in Wilson’s parking under the North Shore Health Hub (entry via Westbourne Street, on Westbourne Street (parking meters), or in the Wilson’s multi-storey car park on Reserve Road behind the hospital. Parking fees are displayed at the entrance to the car parks or online.

Public transport: travel by train and enjoy a leisurely 10 minute walk from St Leonards train station or check the bus timetable
