What is a HeartBug?
HeartBug is a smart Holter that involves wearing a small monitor that constantly records your heart rhythm. This test records the electrical activity of your heart when you are doing your normal activities. It aims to detect abnormal heart rhythms that may ‘come and go’. HeartBug monitors can record electrical activity up to 28 days and will auto trigger a recording within certain parameters, or if you feel something then you can make a manual recording. All you need is a smartphone!
