Please note in order to claim a Medicare rebate from your consultation you will need to obtain a valid referral from your GP or specialist. The referral will also inform the cardiologist of the background to your symptoms and condition.

If you are unsure of your referral status please ask our receptionists for assistance.

Interpreters

If any patient is experiencing language difficulties, please inform our reception staff so we can organize an interpreter for your consultation, interpreters may be booked either on site or over the telephone.

What to bring with you on the day?

• • Valid referral from your GP or specialist
  • Medicare or DVA card
  • Pension card if you have one
  • Recent pathology, relevant reports and scans
  • List of current medications
